After my impromptu detour to Mobile, the third most populous city in Alabama, I decided to make the most of the situation and take a day to bring my bike to the Delta Bike Project for some maintenance and take the opportunity to visit Dauphin St. in Downtown Mobile and check out some battleships in the Bay
I also got the opportunity to check out Spring Hill College’s oak trees and Victorian architecture. Spring Hill College was a primary starting point for the underground railroad.
