Another main reason for coming to Riohacha was to see the indegenous Wayuu people of this part of the world. To be able to understand the nuances that exist within a society I decided to pay for a tour. But the tour’s driver never showed up. I was able to get a refund. I ended up researching the Wayuu people online and going to see if I could find some in the city
